At REALTECH, we are a team of about 50 motivated and nice people, ranging from experienced professionals to newcomers and career changers, from software developer cracks to number crunchers in the finance department. It is important to us that new colleagues match us, feel comfortable at their workplace and have the motivation to master the challenges of the industry and everyday work.

We have a corporate culture in which employees are encouraged to contribute their ideas, to question things, and to think out of the box. If you don’t want to spend your worktime implementing strict instructions, but would rather work creatively and self-initiated, then this is the right place for you.
